Rule 1. How to Enter.

Online entry only. To enter, go to: www.mostpopulardriver.com, fill in the online entry form. Each time you vote on the MostPopularDriver.com website qualifies as another sweepstakes entry. Online entries must be received between 12:00 AM (central time) on September 12, 2008 and 11:59 PM (central time) on November 17 , 2008. Online entry limited to one sweepstakes entry and vote per person and email address per day. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Entry is not valid unless information requested is completely and accurately submitted. All entries must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the mostpopulardriver.com content submission agreement, available at www.mostpopulardriver.com. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs will cause disqualification. Only entries submitted via the website electronic form will be accepted. Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Sweepstakes entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sweepstakes ends November 17, 2008.

Rule 2. Eligibility.

Only open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies, its judging organization, and their immediate families in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within and a legal resident of the United States.

Rule 3. Prizes.

One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize is an Ultimate DAYTONA® Experience trip for two (2) to Daytona Beach, Florida to attend the 2009 DAYTONA 500® professional auto races scheduled to be held on 2/15/2009, 2009 Nationwide Series professional auto race scheduled to be held on 2/14/2009, and the 2009 Truck Series professional auto race scheduled to be held on 2/13/2009. All races are to be conducted at Daytona International Speedway® in Daytona Beach, Florida. Trip package includes roundtrip airfare for two from major airport nearest winner’s home to Daytona Beach, Florida or Orlando, Florida, one double occupancy hotel room for two (2) nights, two (2) grandstand tickets for each of the three major races during the DAYTONA 500® race weekend, and a pit tour at the track for the Cup Series race on 2/15/2009 and a $500 check. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities and other incidental expenses are not included. In order to claim prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Daytona International Speedway, LLC and/or any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as applicable. Retail value of grand prize is approximately $3000.

Ten (10) Weekly Prizes: Each Winner will each receive one (1) twelve (12) month subscription to NASCAR Illustrated Magazine. Approximate retail value of each weekly Prize is $24/each.

Total retail value of all prizes is $3240. Odds of winning a prize depend upon number of entries received. Any taxes are responsibility of winner. Prize cannot be transferred or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Rule 4. Drawing and Awarding of Prizes.

Weekly Prizes: The ten (10) Weekly Prizes will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible online entries received by 11:59 PM (central time) for the following weekly entry periods:
Entry Period #1: September 12, 2008 – September 18, 2008.
Entry Period #2: September 19, 2008 – September 25, 2008.
Entry Period #3: September 26, 2008 – October 2, 2008.
Entry Period #4: October 3, 2008 – October 9, 2008.
Entry Period #5: October 10, 2008 – October 16, 2008.
Entry Period #6: October 17, 2008 – October 23, 2008.
Entry Period #7: October 24, 2008 – October 30, 2008.
Entry Period #8: October 31, 2008 – November 6, 2008.
Entry Period #9: November 7, 2008 – November 13, 2008.
Entry Period #10: November 14, 2008 – November 17 , 2008.
Weekly drawings will be held on or about September 19, September 26, October 3, October 10, October 17, October 24, October 31, November 7, November 14 and November 18, 2008. Winners will be notified by email and or postal mail. Non-winning eligible entries from each drawing will be entered in subsequent drawings. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Monthly Prize winners will be posted online at www.mostpopulardriver.com the weekly drawings. Grand Prize winner will be posted online at www.mostpopulardriver.com on or about November 24, 2008.

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible online entries received by 11:59 PM (central time) on November 17, 2008. All eligible entries will be included in the Grand Prize drawing, regardless if that entry won a Weekly Prize. Drawing will be held on or about November 18, 2008. Winner will be notified by e-mail and or postal mail. Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days after notification is mailed, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and traveling companion must be available for travel on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.

Rule 5. Limitation of Liability.

By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to these Official Rules. Winners agree that (except where prohibited) Sponsor may use winner’s name, picture, likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor, its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, Daytona International Speedway, LLC, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their respective members, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, assigns, the Daytona Beach Racing & Recreational Facilities District, the City of Daytona Beach and the County of Volusia shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners and traveling companions for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance or use of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if stated prize is unavailable for any reason. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor and its promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, or threaten any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. Offer void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws.

CAUTION -- ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
